The Part Time Registered Nurse evaluates and advises staff on the health care for individuals served


This is a supervisory/management position. Supervise staff and habilitation services for a small caseload of persons with developmental disabilities. 


We have a Primary Advocate position open in a residential ISL setting. It is a preferred shift, Sunday-Thursday, 7 am-3 pm. Base wage is $13.00 an hour.

TARGETED CASE MANAGER for Nevada, Missouri - The functions of a Case Manager are planning supports, linking resources, quality enhancement, documentation, transition/transfer of case responsibility, DD individual transition, MR/DD personal plan mentoring, in-take/screening admission, case closure and health care coordination.

ADVOCATE This is a direct support professional position. Click on the job title for a complete job description.

The Advocate supports the individuals we serve to ensure they are as independent as possible. Advocates will help to develop and maintain a positive relationship, teach daily living skills, and provide one-on-one or group community integration outings. Starting wage is $10.00/hour. If already certified, starting wage is $10.25/hour. An additional $.50/hour shift differential will be paid for awake overnight shifts (hours worked between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.)

FLOAT ADVOCATE (Must be willing to work at varied shifts and locations)

The Float Advocate performs all the Advocate responsibilities, but will work during varied shifts and locations. $12.00 an hour starting wage, with increase after successful completion of Medication Administration and Mandt training. If already certified, starting wage is $12.25 an hour. An additional + $.50/hour shift differential will be paid for awake overnight shifts (hours worked between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.)


The Primary Advocate performs all the Advocate responsibilities, as well as preparing monthly paperwork, attending meetings as required by Supervisor, and performing various functions as assigned by the Supervisor. Starting wage for this position is $12.00 an hour. If already certified, starting wage is $12.25 an hour.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

Qualifying current employees are eligible to receive up to $1,000 in tuition reimbursement per semester!

Employees must work three months for CSS before becoming eligible for the Tuition Reimbursement program. A copy of your final grades and fee statement for the semester are required along with a completed application form.
