The successful candidate for Service Coordinator will be responsible for the referral, intake, eligibility and the on-going implementation of a family centered early intervention system. Families and their children receive the supports, services and resources needed to raise a healthy, happy and successful child. Service Coordination is a flexible Position requiring excellent communication, interviewing, documentation and organizational skills along with the ability to exercise good independent judgment. You must have a proven ability to efficiently use a computer. This position would require travel in Dade, Barton, and Lawrence counties with mileage reimbursement. It would be preferred that the candidate live in or near Dade, Barton, or Lawrence Counties since service coordinators work from a home office once the training period is completed. Community Support Services of Missouri is a Nationally Accredited Agency. This is a full time position and pay rate is based upon verifiable qualifications and experience.
