(Known as our "G.O.A.L.S." program)
G.O.A.L.S. is a community-based program that allows individuals to have the opportunity to be a community member. This program is designed to provide opportunities and life skills while being engaged in fun, community based activities. We offer a wide variety of age appropriate activities designed to promote growth and independence, such as bowling, sporting events, dances and community events.
Short Term Community living is a specialized respite program offered on the weekends. This program is designed not just to merely provide respite to caregivers but to teach and maintain independent living skills. The individuals that participate in the program will work on daily living skills, personal hygiene, social skills, and many more. Trained staff are present 24 hours a day for the duration of each weekend.
Our Community Advocacy Support Program (CASP) offers services in the community and in your home to assist in developing essential life skills necessary for independent living. Trained staff work one on one with individuals to help with skills ranging from making healthy lifestyle choices, maintaining a home, or managing a budget.
This program is designed to support individuals to learn new skills and gain confidence to pursue personal goals and to reach their highest level of independence. Each individual's day is based on his/hers their needs and interests. Activities are provided in both small groups and in individual settings.
